“Very nice family hotel. Really nice and friendly in every part of the hotel, reception desk, service and wellness, swimmingpool. The rooms are clean and cosy, the restaurant brilliant, you can get almost everything at the buffet.They do have a very nice animation program for the children. You can have a walk, you can drive to different special parts of the Erzgebirge around the hotel .. I can really recommend this hotel”
“Kid friendly hotel with a lot of great features. Excellent expansive buffet for breakfast and dinner. Suite style rooms were nice size. Large gym with full set of dumbbells. Biggest swimming pool I've seen in a hotel in a long time. Ride on tractors and cars. Play space downstairs similar to an indoor playground. Not too far from attractions. Only downsides were the trampoline there is only open on Saturday due to apparent damage in the past. Also construction during the day, made nap time for our toddler tough.”
“Amazing family friendly hotel. This place embodies one of my core memories goriwng up. It’s a great hotel for kids and parents as the kids get to be kids while parents get to relax, eat in peace or go to the sauna alone.The staff is super friendly and only focused on the family well being and centered around fun. The town features cool activities with Wurzelrudies Erlebniswelt, Badegärten and the horse classes close by. The Badegärten offer fun in the pools, action on slides but also relaxing in hot tubs and a huge variety of saunas. Kids are allowed to go to saunas with their parents and get to learn how sauna works in a friendly environment. The bar features great drinks and a cozy atmosphere with bit alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages and amazing food. Its also a great area to learn how to ski (kids friendly) or hike.”
